Who We AreOfficialPestPros.com Is a Referral Website
OfficialPestPros.com (the "Site") is owned and operated by Simple Tree Digital LLC ("Simple Tree Digital," "we," "us," or "our"), a lead generation and referral company. We are not a pest control company, and we do not perform pest control, extermination, or inspection services ourselves.
Instead, we connect visitors who submit a request through this Site with independently owned and operated pest control companies in our partner network (each a "Service Partner") who are licensed to perform pest control services in California and the areas they serve. When you call the number on this Site or submit our contact form, your information is shared with a single Service Partner so they can contact you about your request. Your request is never sent to multiple providers at once, and it is never sold or posted to a lead marketplace.

What We Collect
When you contact us through this Site, whether by phone, form submission, or text message, we may collect:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Your service address, city, or zip code
- Details about the pest problem or service you're requesting
- Call recordings and call metadata (such as date, time, and duration), where permitted by law and disclosed to you at the start of the call
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Match your request with a licensed Service Partner who services your area and the type of pest issue you described
- Share your contact details and service request with that Service Partner so they can call, text, or email you to schedule an estimate or service
- Improve our matching process, Site performance, and customer service
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
Referrals to Licensed Partners
The core function of this Site is to refer your request to one vetted, licensed pest control provider in our network who can service your location. If that provider is unavailable, the request may be routed to one alternate partner instead, but it is never distributed to several providers at the same time. We vet Service Partners for active state licensing and standing before adding them to our network, and we may periodically re-verify that status. We do not control how a Service Partner performs its services, and any service agreement, estimate, warranty, or work performed is between you and that Service Partner, not Simple Tree Digital LLC.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own unrelated marketing purposes. We share your information only with:
- The single Service Partner matched to your request
- Service providers who help us operate the Site, route leads, or manage communications (such as our CRM and call-tracking providers), under confidentiality obligations
- Law enforcement or regulators, if required by law
Text Message & Call Consent
By submitting the contact form or otherwise providing your phone number on this Site, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Simple Tree Digital LLC and/or a matched Service Partner at the number provided, including by automatic telephone dialing systems or prerecorded/artificial voice, for purposes related to your service request. Consent to receive texts or calls is not a condition of any purchase.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies depending on your request. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. You may also opt out of calls by informing the caller directly. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
CookiesCookies & Tracking
We use cookies, pixels, and call-tracking phone numbers to understand how visitors find and use this Site and to measure which marketing channels are working. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not function as intended if you do.
Your ChoicesYour Rights & Choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, by contacting us at officialpestpros@gmail.com or (805) 316-7030. Data Retention & SecurityHow We Protect Your Data
We retain the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and to comply with our legal obligations. We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
