How Tent Fumigation Works
Tent fumigation involves enclosing the entire structure under a tarpaulin tent and introducing a measured concentration of Vikane (sulfuryl fluoride) gas over a 24-72 hour treatment period, then ventilating before air clearance testing.
Fumigation eliminates drywood termites, bed bugs, cockroaches, and other deeply embedded pests in a single treatment by penetrating every void, crack, and piece of wood in the structure.
Signs You Have a Problem
- Widespread termite activity throughout multiple structural areas
- Severe bed bug infestation across multiple rooms
- Previous localized treatments that failed to resolve the problem
- Real estate transaction requiring whole-structure treatment
- Large-scale cockroach infestation in a commercial structure
