These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OfficialPestPros.com (the "Site"), which is owned and operated by Simple Tree Digital LLC, located at 1401 21st St Ste R, Sacramento, CA 95811. By using this Site, calling the number listed on it, or submitting the contact form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What We Do

We Are an Educational and Advertising Resource

OfficialPestPros.com is an educational resource and advertising website operated by Simple Tree Digital LLC. Its purpose is to publish general information about pest problems common to Fresno and the Central Valley of California, and to direct visitors who want hands-on help to licensed pest control professionals who serve the area.

Simple Tree Digital LLC is not a licensed pest control company. We hold no pest control license, applicator certification, or structural pest control registration of any kind, and we do not perform pest control, extermination, fumigation, inspection, or treatment services. All licensed work described anywhere on this Site is performed by independent, licensed professionals, not by us.

Everything published on this Site is general educational content and advertising. It is not a professional inspection, diagnosis, treatment plan, or legal or regulatory advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for an evaluation by a licensed pest control professional at your property. Pest situations vary, and only a licensed professional who inspects your property can tell you what your situation actually requires.

When you submit a request through this Site or call the number listed on it, your call is directed to a single independently owned and operated, vetted, and licensed pest control provider in our network (each a "Service Partner") who services your area. Requests are never distributed to multiple providers and are never sold. We select Service Partners based on their state licensing status, service area, and availability, but we do not guarantee the availability, pricing, quality, timeliness, or outcome of any service performed by a Service Partner.

Any estimate, appointment, contract, warranty, or service performed is solely between you and the Service Partner. Simple Tree Digital LLC is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, pricing, licensing status changes, or workmanship of any Service Partner.

Communications

Calls, Texts & Consent

By submitting your phone number through this Site, you consent to be contacted by Simple Tree Digital LLC and/or a matched Service Partner by phone call and text message (SMS), including through automatic dialing or texting technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages, regarding your service request. Standard message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You may reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is never required as a condition of using our service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simple Tree Digital LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from services performed, quoted, or scheduled by a Service Partner, including property damage, personal injury, or dissatisfaction with service. Your recourse for issues with a specific service lies with the Service Partner who performed the work.

Third-Party Providers

Independent Service Partners

Service Partners in our network are independently owned and operated businesses and are not employees, agents, franchisees, or joint venturers of Simple Tree Digital LLC. We take reasonable steps to verify that Service Partners hold an active California pest control license at the time they join our network, but licensing status can change, and we encourage you to independently verify a provider's license before authorizing work.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Simple Tree Digital LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Photographs, case studies, and examples are illustrative and are used to explain pest control topics and to advertise the services of the licensed professionals in our network. They do not depict work performed by Simple Tree Digital LLC.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
